Abstract

For practical coloproctology, a method is proposed for the formation of rectopexy in case of rectal prolapse of the II-III degree, which is combined with dolichosigmoid. The main task was the radical treatment of rectal prolapse and dolichosigmoid with the prevention of possible complications, the prevention of the development of adhesions and cicatricial deformity in the area of rectopexy. Among the operated patients, there was no development of hematomas, observation during the year showed the absence of the development of adhesions and cicatricial deformity in the area of colorectal anastomosis and rectopexy.
