Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a group of diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms. It can be herpes virus, gonococcus, chlamydia and others. 60-65% of patients with inflammatory diseases of the genital organs of the small pelvis and up to 30% of inpatient gynecological patients. STD is one of the most common causes of reproductive dysfunction in women. Timely and adequate treatment leads to various complications such as endometritis, chronic pelvic pain, infertility, menstrual disorders and sexual problems. Antibiotic therapy plays a major role in the treatment of women suffering from PCOS. However, even the use of modern drugs does not guarantee the recurrence of the disease. In this regard, many pathogenic therapy methods using physiological factors are used in the complex treatment of exacerbation of chronic inflammatory diseases of the internal genital organs. Currently, the traditional methods of ozone therapy, previously developed by German ozone therapists, are being widely introduced into local practice (S. Riling, R Viban 1985). They use gaseous ozonated vegetable oil, which is highly effective against infectious diseases and has a wide impact on biosystems. It was found that ozone has not only bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal properties. Unlike antibacterial drugs, ozone and its therapeutic dose do not have a negative effect on the body (except for ozone entering the respiratory tract).Downloads
