Abstract

In the article, the educational system of the countries of Singapore and Finland, which have high results in the field of education, the specific aspects of preschool education, secondary school, professional education, and higher education, and the mechanisms of development are studied. . The dynamics of the development of the educational system of the countries, factors of success were analyzed, as well as opinions were expressed regarding the study of foreign experiences in the training of personnel in the educational system of Uzbekistan and the creation of a system that meets international standards.
