FEATURES OF THE PROCESS OF BONE TISSUE REGENERATION IN THE COMPLEX TREATMENT OF TRAUMATIC INJURIES OF THE LOWER JAW

Abstract

For the period from 2008 to 2021, 231 patients with fractures of the lower jaw were examined, treated in the department of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. All patients were divided into two groups - the comparison group (traditional treatment) and the main group (complex pathogenetic therapy). To make the correct diagnosis, modern methods of radiation research, microbiological and laboratory methods of examination were used. Analysis of the results of traditional and special treatment showed clear advantages of the latter in terms of optimizing the processes of bone tissue repair in injuries of the lower jaw.
