Abstract

Children under the age of sixteen are susceptible to a collection of autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders known as idiopathic juvenile arthritis (JIA). Since antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) are important indicators in autoimmune disorders like rheumatoid arthritis (RA), research has focused on its clinical importance in connection to variations in these antibodies.
