Abstract

The issues of quality and safety management of medical care have become particularly relevant in modern healthcare. Increasing the clinical effectiveness of the medical technologies used has led to a significant reduction in the number of deaths and complications associated with the disease and side effects of interventions. As a result, the proportion of additional harm associated with the very process of providing medical care has become more noticeable. To reduce the likelihood and severity of additional harm, it is necessary accurate data regarding the type, frequency and severity of active threats and related incidents. Emergency medical care (NMP) in this regard is the subject of special attention and is characterized by the greatest difficulty in terms of obtaining valid and relevant information about deviations related to the actions of medical workers, the operation of equipment and the behavior of the patient.
