Abstract

The territory of Uzbekistan consists of regions with different climates, housing construction in these regions is different and has a unique history of development. The centers developed in the Middle Ages in Bukhara, Khiva, Samarkand, Tashkent and the Fergana Valley show that housing construction developed in different ways.

The development of scientifically based theoretical and practical proposals for the reconstruction of the centers of historical cities of Uzbekistan, in particular, the formation of traditional housing in them. It highlights the work of traditional historical apartment buildings on the architectural forms of these celebrities, where the influence of climatic conditions and religion on housing construction is enormous.

It focuses on the study of residential buildings typical of historical city centers, the peculiarities of the centers of historical cities of Uzbekistan, the formation of residential buildings in historical city centers, the architecture of traditional residential buildings in historical cities, modern residential buildings built in historic city centers. recovery experiences have been investigated.

The experience of reconstruction of residential buildings typical of historical city centers is studied, the experience of foreign countries, the experience of the former Soviet Union and the work of architects of Independent Uzbekistan are studied.

The principles of formation of modern residential buildings in accordance with the historical part of Samarkand are studied. The work carried out is covered.
