Abstract

From a scientific point of view, a Smart City is safe for life, environmentally friendly, "equipped with advanced sensor electronics networks, ensuring sustainable economic development and high viability. It is believed that sustainable economic development and a high-class lifestyle are achieved through investments in traditional (transport) and modern (ICT) infrastructure of human and social capital to transform the city into a “Smart City".
