Abstract

Teacher labor refers to occupations associated with increased psycho-emotional stress. It depends on both the content and essence of the pedagogical activity and its implementation. The negative effects of stress can be overcome if we accept the difficulties that it may encounter in life as a barrier that must be overcome. Knowledge, training, practice and experience help a person cope with stress and recover from the effects of stress.
