Abstract

In this article the peculiarities of the use of foreign experience in the organization of scientific and innovative activities,its factors and sources, the application of modern methods of scientific and innovative activities and the introduction of their best aspects based on the study of international experience in this field; problems related to the attraction of financial resources.
