Abstract

Today, it is impossible to find a single field of human activity that is not related to physical activity, because physical culture and sports are recognized material and spiritual values of the society as a whole and of each person. In the harmonious development of the physical-intellectual resources of young people, one of the most important tasks is to make wide use of the possibilities of physical culture, physical education, and the basics of physical development. This article scientifically researches the role and tasks of physical culture in the educational system.
