Abstract

Dysmetabolic nephropathy (DN) is the main metabolic factor in the formation of urolithiasis along with malformations and microbial-inflammatory diseases of the urinary system. The urgency of the problem is due to the high incidence of urolithiasis: 1.8-2.2% in children, 8-8.5% in adolescents and 30-40% in the adult population.
