Abstract

Clinical diagnosis of minor heart anomalies is often difficult due to the scarcity of physical data. In this regard, it is not always possible to suspect the disease in a timely manner and refer the child to a cardiologist. In this article, the work devoted to the problem of early detection of small anomalies in the development of the heart in children in Tashkent is consecrated. Most often, an open foramen ovule was found in the examined children; abnormal left ventricular chords and mitral valve prolapsed were diagnosed somewhat less frequently. Minor anomalies of the heart and arrhythmias in most cases were asymptomatic and were not accompanied by signs of heart failure. In general, the prognosis for minor heart anomalies is favorable, but nevertheless, in each specific case, the significance of structural heart anomalies should be considered individually.
