Problems of Development of Corporate Governance In Uzbekistan At the Present Stage

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of effective corporate governance in the development of the national economy, analyzes the main problems associated with the development of corporate governance in Uzbekistan, reveals the main directions and importance of corporate governance control, analyzes the dynamics of the textile industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which made it possible to identify problems in the development of corporate governance in Uzbekistan at the present stage and develop practical measures to eradicate them.
