Abstract

aimed The study, to identify the level, of creative behaviors, to indicate the points of strength and weakness in the variables of creative behavior (brainstorming, the ability to change, the ability to solve problems) in the health sector. The study also aimed to identify the level of performance of workers. The study gained its importance through interest The study adopted the descriptive research methodology and the analytical approach based on a questionnaire, that was applied to a random sample of, male and female workers in the health sector amounting to (150) male and female workers. To analyze the data and test hypotheses, many Statistical tools and methods, using the spss statistical package, v.23, In order to reach the results, analyze and interpret them, and then formulate the conclusions, the most important of which were: the existence of a correlation and influence relationship between the brainstorming dimension and the performance of workers in the health sector. Cooperation between workers to work as a single team that seeks to achieve the goals of the health organization.
