Creativity is a Competence - A High Level of Professional Development

Abstract

This article describes the specific features of creativity competence. Scientific research developments of foreign and local scientists were used as a source for the coverage of the topic of the article. It is explained that creativity is related to the characteristics of modern social experience and that it is considered as a creative ability and is organized on the basis of a pedagogical-psychological approach.
