USE ANNUAL PLANTS AS AN ADDITIONAL RAW MATERIALS FOR OBTAINING TECHNICAL CELLULOSE
Abstract
In this article, the quantity of cellulose in cereal annual plants (34–51 percent by weight) is equivalent to that in wood raw materials. Alkaline cooking processes are used in most existing technologies for generating cellulose from annual plants. The unbleached straw pulp that results is of poor quality. It's used to make cardboard and, in combination with wood pulp, various forms of unbleached paper
