ANALYSIS OF THE PHYTOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF FERULA L. PLANT BASE ON THE BASIS OF CHROMATO-MASS SPECTROMETRY
Keywords:
Ferula L. resin, essential oils, gas-liquid chromatography, chromato-mass spectrometryAbstract
The glue and resin at the root of the Ferula L. plant were isolated and chemically analyzed. Ferula L. was analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography and chromato-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to detect bioactive compounds in methanol, ethanol, and acetone solution extracts of gum resin at the root of the plant. The composition and amount of a large amount of gum resin and essential oils in the Ferula L. plant have been studied. The presence of a number of biologically and chemically active substances in the Ferula L. plant has been investigated and it has been determined that their use in various diseases is justified.
