Abstract

Ultrasound examination of the kidneys by the method of Doppler ultrasonography of the renal arteries is necessary for patients with high blood pressure in order to detect arterial hypertension. Purpose of the study. To study the state of the kidneys and renal blood flow in patients with arterial hypertension. 50 patients with arterial hypertension were examined. The criteria for the diagnosis of arterial hypertension were considered pressure 140/90 mm Hg. Art. and more. Conclusions. An early echographic criterion of kidney damage in patients with arterial hypertension is an increase in linear blood flow and intra-renal vascular resistance in combination with an increased glomerular filtration rate.
