Abstract

In this article, the history of adoption, the ancient shape of it, the way of adopting, the aim of adopting, its objective and subjective reasons, application for the process of the adoption, without parental, mother or the father's agreement, representatives of the person who is adopting, the procedure for adoption of the people who are abroad or stateless persons was discussed.
