Abstract

In this article, the opinions of our country's and foreign scientists are mentioned about the assessment of the morphological state of the pancreas in chronic poisoning with pesticides in diabetes mellitus. The evaluation of the morphological state of the pancreas in diabetes under chronic pesticide poisoning involves studying how long-term exposure to pesticides affects pancreatic tissue, particularly in individuals with diabetes. Chronic pesticide exposure has been shown to have detrimental effects on various organs, including the pancreas. In diabetes, the pancreas already undergoes significant morphological changes, particularly involving beta-cell dysfunction and loss. When combined with chronic poisoning by pesticides, the damage to the pancreas can be exacerbated, leading to altered endocrine and exocrine function.
