Abstract

The research included four chapters, The first chapter contained the introduction and the importance of the research, The researcher explained the importance of the training process for juniors, Sports training is a purposeful and directed educational process with scientific planning to prepare players at various levels and according to their capabilities and abilities for all aspects of physical, skill, tactic, psychological and cognitive to reach the highest possible level of  professionalism. The research problem is the researcher noted that most youth coaches overlook using interference training method, whether in skill or functional in their training, which led to weakness in their performance, The research objectives was to prepare exercises in of interference training method on some skill and functional variables to develop the individual offense for football players under 17 years, as well as to identify the impact of the interference training method on some skill and functional variables to develop Individual offense for football players under (17 years), Research hypotheses are the existence of statistically significant differences between the pre-post test of the experimental and control groups and in favor of the post-test as there are statistically significant differences between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group, The period was between 10/9/2022 Until 15/1/2023 while the spatial field was the Al-Talaba Sports Club Stadium, The researcher used experimental method, where the research sample consisted of (20) players from Al-Kahraba Sports Club under 17 years, The researcher applied functional and skill tests for football players, and the players were divided into two groups (10) players for each group, The experimental and control group, The researcher used the Statistical bag (SPSS) to obtain results, The research conclusions showed credibility of impact of interference training method on some skill and functional variables to develop the individual offense for football players under 17 years because of its positive impact, The researcher recommends coaches to pay attention to use this training method in skill and functional exercises in their daily training that affect the offensive side of football youth.
