Bone regeneration is a complex physiological process that depends on many cell types and signals. At the modern stage, in most traumatological clinics around the world, studying the state of the immune system is an integral part of patient examination, preoperative preparation, and postoperative treatment.
In order to create an immunological prediction system, it is necessary not only to carry out laboratory tests, but also to correctly evaluate the results obtained for use in the selection of patient treatment tactics.
The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of immunological indicators in the blood serum of patients with fractures of the distal end of the wrist bones after various operative treatment methods.
Materials and methods: This scientific research work is based on the clinical and immunological data of 130 patients with a diagnosis of fracture of the distal end of the wrist who were treated inpatient at the emergency traumatology department of the Bukhara branch of the Republican Urgent Scientific Center and at the Republican Specialized Traumatology and Orthopedic Scientific Applied Medical Center during 2019-2023. One of the main stages of our research was the analysis of the changes of IL-1β, VEGF A and bFGFs in the dynamics of surgical interventions.
Conclusion: in patients with fractures of the distal end of the wrist bones, the practice of compression-distraction osteosynthesis with an external fixation device, percutaneous osteosynthesis with open method and osteosynthesis with the help of volar plates of different variants, in comparison with serum immunological analysis, the dynamics of IL-1b, VEGF A and It has been shown that bFGFs are more effective in bone healing with this method of treatment.
