In the experimental work, a histological analysis of the lung tissue of rats is performed with the introduction of an aqueous solution of nasvay. The studies were carried out on 80 experimental animals (rats), weighing 170–190 g, kept in the conditions accepted for rats and receiving the usual diet. As a result, it was found that with the introduction of an aqueous solution of nasvay in the lung tissue, changes in the inflammatory phenomenon are characteristic, as evidenced by the plethora of blood vessels, edema of smooth muscle cells, and lymphoid infiltration in the stroma and along the bronchi. In addition to the inflammatory process, atelectasis is pronounced, resulting from the depletion of the protective function of the lung tissue and leading to a violation of pulmonary ventilation and an increase in the residual volume of the lungs, to hypoxia of tissue organs against the background of an already existing exogenous hypoxia.
