Abstract

The article proposes the importance of the quality staff training in Bukhara hotels industry. The scientific article is focused on ways to improve the quality of staff in the hotel industry, it is assumed that the better the quality of staff in the hotel industry, the better the quality of hotel services and the potential growth of potential customers in the future plays important role in competitive hotel market.
