Issues of Formation of Pedagogical Skills of Teaching Cadets in Higher Military Educational Institutions

Abstract

This article highlights the current problems of the formation of the pedagogical and professional culture of the officer in the training and education of military personnel.  First of all, special attention was paid to the fact that the officer himself must have formed a professional culture.  Many factors related to the formation of professional culture have been analyzed.
