The article examines the world experience of organizing, financing and managing innovative activities in industrial enterprises, supporting small innovative entrepreneurship. In order to ensure rapid socio-economic development of the country and more fully meet the needs of society, measures aimed at wide use of the results of innovative activity and increasing its efficiency are given.
