Through a holistic approach, the article emphasizes the importance of fostering emotional engagement with music, bridging technical skill and musicality, and understanding stylistic interpretation across musical periods. Additionally, the article highlights methods to encourage independent musical thinking, creativity, and the role of performance as a medium for artistic growth. By cultivating a supportive mentorship environment, educators can guide students in developing a unique artistic voice. Ultimately, this article offers practical approaches for teachers to help students achieve a balance between technical precision and expressive freedom, promoting long-term artistic development in higher education.
