Abstract

the prosecutor is one of the main participants in the criminal process, since at all stages of criminal proceedings, he carries out criminal procedural activities. The article examines the functions of the prosecutor, both at the pre-trial stage and at the stage of judicial proceedings. In his article, the author also analyzes the conclusions of scientists who still have ambivalent attitudes towards the changes adopted by the legislator.
