Abstract

In the article, research was conducted to assess the service quality of hotel services and to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction, and relevant suggestions and recommendations were developed. Also, by analyzing various aspects of hotel services with the help of the introduction of an integrated indicator, the importance of factors affecting the level of satisfaction of its customers has been determined.
