Abstract

It is known that the physical qualities of a person are formed from birth. However, the degree to which these qualities are formed in childhood, the ability to master simple or complex actions depends not only on the environment in which he grows up and lives, but also is determined by the means of forming certain qualities of the child. This article discusses the physical fitness of volleyball players.
