Abstract

The article describes the nature of the culture of independent thinking of students, the direction of research related to its development, the specifics of the manifestation of motivational, cognitive-informative, operational-active, emotional - volitional, evaluative - reflexive components in the educational process. The author gave practical recommendations on the development of the culture of independent thinking and its components at the stages of the continuous education system.
