Important requirements that young athletes must meet are to rejuvenate the age of competition, increase the volume and intensity of training loads. This does not always allow to solve the whole range of pedagogical tasks set by the requirements of football. However, the use of high-intensity exercise requires special attention in the process of physical training of young athletes.
