Abstract

Currently, there are systemic shortcomings in the work of water consumers' associations, which has led to an unsatisfactory situation in the field of water use. This article presents proposals for revitalizing market demand, supply and mechanisms of water use, providing financial resources for the introduction of advanced technologies in meeting the continuous demand and needs of agricultural enterprises.
