Abstract

A multidisciplinary exploration of policies, practices, and outcomes spanning primary education, technical-vocational education, and higher education in the educational spectrum is underway in many parts of the world, including many other developing countries. The methods and strategies for implementing these improvements vary across different countries. The evolving educational policies, innovations, research, and ongoing discourse have significantly influenced understanding global education pedagogies in various societies. This study investigates international education by examining policies, practices, and outcomes in basic, technical-vocational, and higher education across other countries. It aims to understand how cultural, historical, and societal factors influence education. The research explores global policy drivers, assesses the adaptability of teaching practices, conducts a comparative analysis of educational outcomes, and evaluates policies at various educational levels. By analyzing documents from diverse countries, the study highlights the dynamic nature of Comparative Education, drawing on works by scholars like Phillips, Schweisfurth, Bray, Stromquist, Monkman, and Johnson. The research sheds light on the complexities of educational change, teaching practices in diverse contexts, and disparities in educational outcomes globally, emphasizing the interdependence of different educational levels. Recognizing cultural, economic, and political influences on educational disparities, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers. It contributes to the ongoing discourse on global education, guiding the development of adaptable policies and practices for a diverse and interconnected world.
