This research aims to develop and determine the acceptability of a digitalized IPCR (Individual Performance and Commitment Review) system for managing faculty performance evaluation at Sultan Kudarat University, ACCESS, EJC Montilla, Tacurong City, during the academic year 2022-2023 towards technology management. The study employed a descriptive method, and data were gathered through a survey questionnaire. The respondents were faculty members of the university. The study found that the majority of the respondents were female, between 31-40 years old, with a master's degree, and had attended training and seminars related to information technology. The respondents perceived the IPCR system as an effective tool for managing faculty performance evaluation. The study also identified the barriers and challenges in evolving an effective technology-enabled IPCR system as a tool for managing faculty performance evaluation. Based on the findings, the study recommends the adoption of a technology management approach that involves a comprehensive strategy for managing the technology-enabled IPCR system.
