In the article, in order to develop the informational and analytical competence of future history teachers, to teach them to work with sources, to organize and conduct a discussion stage in each lesson based on the sources studied, to reach the correct solutions to the problem, and the hermeneutic-pedagogical features of working with historical texts. Comments are analyzed.
