International Labor Migration in the Context of Globalization

Abstract

This article discusses the process of globalization, its role in the world community, its importance in international exchanges and migration. Digitization has played an important role in the development of the economy, which has led to the acceleration of migration. Despite the fact that labour migration is a process that has always happened, the fact that it can have a virtual form also affects not only the processes of labour migration, but also the whole is causing a change in society's life. Therefore, in the conditions of digitization, not only the form of labour migration, but also its theoretical foundations have been enriched with new interpretations.
