Abstract

This article presents a clinical case of a patient with a diagnosis of Post-Coronavirus Infection, Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome. The clinical diagnosis was made on the basis of prolonged fever and the determination of a thrombus in the left ventricle of the heart during echocardiography. The underlying disease led to thromboendocarditis.
