Abstract

Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head is a severe degenerative-dystrophic disease characterized by a violation of the processes of osteogenesis and resorption, a violation of blood supply and gradual deformation of the femoral head in places where the greatest load is applied to it. The urgency of the problem lies in the high disability that occurs due to the destruction of the joint, and the rather high prevalence of this disease.
