This article explores the strategies to enhance the investment attractiveness of joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan. The paper examines various ways to improve the investment climate, such as implementing regulatory reforms, ensuring transparency, fostering corporate governance, and promoting innovation. Additionally, it assesses the role of financial markets, infrastructure improvements, and government policies in enhancing the competitiveness of joint-stock companies. The analysis provides insights into the challenges faced by businesses and suggests practical solutions for overcoming barriers to investment. The findings aim to contribute to the growth and sustainability of joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan by improving their investment appeal.
