Abstract

This article discusses the issues of land transfer to the private sector, organizational and legal aspects of land transfer to the private sector, the introduction of an equal, transparent and market-based procedure for allocating land plots, ensuring stability in property and legal relations related to land, land protection, guarantees of property rights of land owners, as well as the definition of the economic value of the land by its transfer to the civil discussed issues of introduction into free circulation as an object of legal relations.
