Abstract

X-ray examination is the most widely used diagnostic method in medicine. They are the main ones in the diagnosis of injuries of the respiratory system, osteoarticular system, gastrointestinal tract and kidneys. Special x-ray methods (excretory urography, cystography of the cavity) include the use of contrast material. Special methods allow to assess the condition of hollow soft tissue structures and are performed only in hospital conditions, after special preparation of the patient. X-ray research - (chest organs, abdominal cavity, paranasal sinuses, osteoarticular system) - is a study of internal organs and tissues of the human body, the main principle of which is the projection of the organ using X. -rays, on special paper. The result is an image in which dark and light areas reflect human body tissue of different densities. Given that a radiograph is a flat image of a three-dimensional object, in some cases, radiography is performed in two projections to obtain objective information.
