Abstract

This study focuses on the connection between young gymnasts' spines' column deflection and morphological measurements. Muscle development, curvature angles, and spinal diameters are among the morphological criteria considered. The structural abnormalities seen in the spinal column, especially while it is bearing weight, are called column deflection. Juvenile gymnasts were subjected to extensive morphological evaluations and physical investigations to ascertain the relationship between their spinal integrity and anatomical characteristics. According to the results, some morphological parameters, such as curvature angles and vertebral size, significantly impact column deflection. Comprehending these correlations can facilitate the creation of customized training plans and proactive steps to reduce the likelihood of spinal injuries in juvenile gymnasts.
