Abstract

Aseptic femoral head necrosis (ANGBC) remains a significant clinical problem, causing progressive destruction of the femoral head due to impaired blood supply. Surgical treatment in the early stages of this disease plays a key role in preserving joint function and preventing irreversible changes. This study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of various surgical methods in patients with early stages of angioedema. We conducted a retrospective study that included patients who underwent surgical treatment in our medical center over the past 5 years. Data on the clinical manifestations of the disease, diagnostic methods, selected surgical approaches, and postoperative results are included. The main evaluation criteria were the restoration of joint function, the duration of rehabilitation, the frequency of complications, and the need for repeated operations. The results of the study showed that early surgical intervention contributes to the preservation of the femoral head in most patients. Among the methods used, osteotomy techniques are distinguished, including corrective and submerged osteotomies, as well as methods of preserving surgery, such as bortnyak transplants and arthroscopic procedures. An important component of successful treatment is accurate diagnosis in the early stages of the disease and a comprehensive approach to choosing the method of surgical intervention. The conclusion of our study highlights the need for early detection and adequate surgical treatment for angioedema to minimize the consequences and improve prognosis in patients. Further research may focus on long-term outcomes and comparing different surgical treatments to optimize strategies in managing this complex disease.
