In addition, not all people who work in the educational system are teachers by vocation; each individual is not without shortcomings, including moral ones. The characters and destinies of hundreds and thousands of people often depend on the professionalism, moral culture of the teacher, above all his kindness and demandingness. This indicates his special responsibility for the results of his activities.
