РОЛЬ НЕКОТОРЫХ НЕЙРОИММУННЫХ ФАКТОРОВ В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ РЕФРАКТЕР ЭПИЛЕПСИИ

Abstract

As a result of this study of the level of cytokines in the blood plasma of the examined patients, it was revealed that the median of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-8 in the general group of patients with epilepsy significantly exceeded the corresponding indicators of the examined healthy individuals. Thus, the median concentration of IL-1β in the blood plasma in patients with epilepsy was 316.5 ± 14.0 pg/ml, and in the group of healthy donors – 0.36 ± 0.01 pg/ml. The level of IL-8 concentration in blood plasma in patients with epilepsy was 157.1 ± 99.4 pg/ml, and in healthy individuals – 0.94 ± 0.2 pg/ml.
