Abstract

Deviation of the nasal septum is a deformation and deviation of the nasal septum from the midline. The condition is accompanied by nasal breathing disorders, frequent respiratory diseases and snoring. Deviation of the septum is the cause of aesthetic problems and asymmetry of the nasal area. In severe cases, the patient completely loses the ability to breathe through the nose, which can cause serious systemic complications. Pathology is treated by otorhinolaryngologists and surgeons.
