Abstract

Cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy) is a group of stable disorders of the development and maintenance of motor skills that cause motor defects due to damage or abnormalities in brain development in the fetus or newborn. The leading factor in the development of cerebral palsy is damage or abnormalities of the brain of the fetus or newborn. 1000 newborns have 2-3 children with this disease.
