Abstract

According to modern ideas, red eye syndrome is a multifactorial disease, characterized by changes in both qualitative and quantitative indices of tear film, leading to damage to the epithelium of the conjunctiva and the cornea. The main causes of red eye syndrome among students are long-term work with mobile phones and a computer.
